Shipping Costs
Domestic Shipping (Australia):
- Small (A4): Standard Post – $12, Express Post – $15
- Medium (A3): Standard Post – $16, Express Post – $19
International Shipping (New Zealand):
- Small (A4): Standard Post – $19, Express Post – $35
- Medium (A3): Standard Post – $26, Express Post – $41
International Flat Rate (UK & USA):
- Small (A4): Standard Post – $34, Express Post – $49
- Medium (A3): Standard Post – $47, Express Post – $62
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship using Australia Post and offer both standard and express delivery options:
- Standard Delivery: 2–6 business days.
- Express Delivery: 1–3 business days.
Australia Post delivers to apartments, PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, and remote locations.
International Shipping
We currently ship internationally to New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the USA. Orders are sent via Australia Post:
- Standard Delivery: 6–16 business days.
- Express Delivery: 4–12 business days.
Please note that regional and rural areas may experience longer delivery times.
Packaging
Your artwork is carefully protected between sturdy cardboard and mailed in an water resistant satchel to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Order Processing Times
Each piece of artwork is custom-made. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production before shipping.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery. You can track your parcel and view estimated delivery dates via:
- The AusPost app or your MyPost account.
- The Australia Post website.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
Attempted Delivery (Signature Required)
If your parcel requires a signature and no one is available at the delivery address, Australia Post will leave a notification with details for collection.
Returns and Refund Policy
Due to the custom and personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

- Collect your parcel from a Post Office, PO Box, or a free 24/7 Parcel Locker.
- For eligible parcels, Safe Drop is available if you’re not home.
